There are certain design rules that are meant to be broken. Black and brown do actually match… the right polka dot can complement any stripe…and metallic finishes in your space do not have to be limited to either silver or gold . Mixing and matching metals is a fun and unique way to express your chic style.  Think of metallic as the new neutral! You wouldn’t hesitate to have several shades of a warm neutral in your space so don’t be afraid to take the same plunge when it comes to metallic.

Here are some of my current favs. When considering mixing and matching some of these fabulous items remember these two rules: Keep it simple; try not to incorporate more than 2-3 different metallic tones. Keep it together; utilize groupings of 3-5 metallic objects to create a sophisticated and balanced look.
