Animal inspired wallpaper–the next big trend after faux taxidermy?!

Faux taxidermy has been trending in the world of home decor for a while. I have used products from White Faux Taxidermy and Near and Dear in several projects over the last year, including our Master Bedroom design plans. And while there is still a place for wall-mounted animals there is a new big trend when it comes to putting animals on the walls. Literally, putting animal prints and images directly on your wall in the form of wallpaper– and I am obsessed.

By now you all know that I LOVE wallpaper and use it wherever i get the chance.  Here a few of my current favorite animal print wallpapers from around the web!

1. Fawn Deer Print Wallpaper, Wayfair.com

Adding animal inspired wallpaper is a sure way to add interest, playfulness and an unexpected element into any space in your home.  If you are interested in using a fun new bold pattern but not really sure how to go about incorporating it (it could be easy to over-do it!) get in touch with me and we can chat about working together!
