Every project begins with a detailed meeting, followed by concept planning, floor plans, material schemes, and budgets for client review.

We refine the design with the client, adjusting for budget, timeline, and style, while finalizing the budget and renovation timeline.

This is the final documentation of construction details. At this step, we finalize budgets and materials and prepare for final client approval.

We procure materials, schedule trades, and manage the construction timeline through contractor check-ins and site visits.

We provide closing documents with floor plans and specs, plus project photography to showcase your beautiful new space!
