While the interior is, of course, the heart of our home, the exterior is where we make a first impression. We love when clients use their Virtual Paint Plan for exterior color recommendations, and here are a couple of our recent favorites.
FAVORITE EXTERIOR COLOR COMBOS: MODERN COASTAL LOOK
LOOK ONE:
To give us the coastal vibe, go with a classic color for the main house with a slight blue undertone (color 1), dark accents for the roof and windows bring in a modern edge (color 2) and help draw attention to the architectural details. Trim everything from the columns, fascia, and vertical banding out with white to give a crisp look (color 3). Use terracotta accents, bright greenery for landscaping, and classic bring to make this look feel complete.
LOOK TWO:
A more neutral main body is crisp and streamlined and is highlighted by an accent color that comes in on a darker contrast color for fascia and (color 1) and a pop of desaturated muddy color on the door for a low contrast statement. (color 2). Painting out the garage door dark (color 3).
