Commercial Interior Design is such a different beast than residential. The project goals are so different and therefor so are the design solutions. Often times we need to consider the pathways, durability, and code compliance of every selection. This downtown office design was a combination of all of the above. Plus the client wanted to create a very young, colorful and hip environment to foster a handful of creative startups.
We have been able to flex our commercial design muscle a lot lately and are excited to share with you the reveal of a multi-space office building in downtown Marquette. Anything but bland office space–the Flagstar Downtown Offices are full of pattern and bold color. Check it out::
