PROJECT REVEAL: JADE GUEST BATH

THE BEFORE.

We’re excited to share the transformation of a small bathroom that had a dated feel and a cramped layout. The challenge here was clear: increase the overall sense of space without altering the bathroom’s footprint. By thinking outside the box and embracing creative design solutions, we were able to maximize functionality while maintaining style and comfort.

THE PLAN.

One of the key objectives for this bathroom renovation was to create more storage without overcrowding the space. Our solution? A combination of vintage-inspired wall shelving, a custom-scaled vanity, and a clever storage alcove tucked into the framing. The vintage-style wall shelving not only adds character but also provides easy access to everyday essentials, keeping countertops clear and creating a more organized space.

To further optimize space, we installed a custom sliding bi-swing shower glass. This innovative solution eliminates the need for a traditional shower door that swings out, which can be cumbersome and take up valuable floor space. Instead, the bi-swing glass allows for an unobstructed view of the beautifully tiled shower space while maintaining a clean, open feel in the room.

The result is a bathroom that feels far more open and airy, with clever design touches that not only solve practical problems but also bring a sense of modern elegance.
