When we first walked into the space, it was clear that both the kitchen and bath were overdue for an update. The layout lacked functionality, storage was limited, and the finishes had grown tired over time. Our client wanted a space that felt current and elegant—something that honored traditional details but lived comfortably with a cleaner, more contemporary edge.
DESIGN PLAN
Our goal was to design a clean, contemporary space that didn’t feel stark. We brought in transitional elements—details with warmth and subtle nods to tradition—so the space feels timeless rather than trend-driven. Maximizing storage was a top priority, so every square foot of the footprint was carefully considered to add smart storage solutions without compromising aesthetics.
The palette is grounded in soft green tones, paired with a low-contrast mix of finishes that keep the look cohesive and calming. We introduced traditional details in the trim and hardware to balance the sleek cabinetry and clean-lined tile work. The result is a layered space that feels both sophisticated and welcoming.
