Creating student friendly budget apartments was a challenge in this 1920’s art deco building. 32 units were designed with the plan to maximize space, create unique storage ideas and provide a move-in ready apartment that would rent based on its unique aesthetic. A mix of modern paint colors, vintage tile patterns and rustic exposed brick is the perfect solution to appeal to the young college market. All units were rented before construction was complete!
