Don’t get us wrong, light fixtures are PART of design.

But full scope design (the kind you see when you are scrolling Pinterest for your inspo images) can’t happen in a vacuum.

We need to look at your space COMPREHENSIVELY in order to make sure all the pieces work together. One element alone doesn’t give you that cohesive, put-together, perfectly-you look you’re after.

FULL SERVICE DESIGN: HOW IT WORKS

Does this mean we work only on rooms that are completely empty? No, but it DOES mean that we want to know all the contributing factors to the project, so we can make better decisions for the overall outcome. That’s why the first part of our process is focused on gathering as much info as we can about the job. Getting details on preferences and what items MUST stay in the room and what items can go.

With Full Room Transformations, we go deeper into the details of the plan and how all the pieces will literally and aesthetically fit in the space. We plan out every detail and think about the overall project goals (more seating, desired budget, better flow ) as well as how each of our selections work with each other in the overall composition of the space (finish, size, color, material, balance, variety). One change can create an unknown ripple effect to the overall design plan (insider designer slang for this is a client going rogue).

We aren’t saying this to be control freaks or demanding that our client’s interiors look a certain way. We are completely upfront with clients about this to protect the value of the design they purchased. One item can not just be interchanged for another with the same overall outcomes. Design decisions are completely and 100% interconnected.

Collaboration + communication are key between client and designer.
