When we’re designing spaces for our clients, we always remind them that our job isn’t just to make your space look pretty…though we do love that part A LOT.
Design is the marriage between aesthetics and functionality, the beauty isn’t enjoyable if the space isn’t practical. Which leads me to our newest obsession: ALL BLACK DINING CHAIRS.

Let’s get the less glam truth out of the way first: you know how you spend half your life walking around your dining table with a Magic Eraser wiping off the food smudges of tiny hands? Or should I say…you know how you *THINK* about doing that but also often don’t get to it because who has the time? Black chairs hide a lot of the little messes that mealtimes with children bring. You’re welcome!
But also? They are SO nice to look at. All black adds some sophistication with a clean, sleek feel. It doesn’t matter if your style leans traditional, modern or transitional (we also loving mixing different styles of black chairs, like we did in this recent project), we found an all black chair that will make the perfect (practical) statement in your dining area.
