One Great Rug:
This rug is an amazing deal! There are still tons of colors and sizes left in the deal. I love this BOLD RED one in 5 x 7. You know we are loving on dark saturated colors lately, and I think this would look great in a room with deep blue walls!

These Mirrors:
A simple round mirror is a great addition to SO MANY spaces. I have used them in the Safari Nursery above the crib, the Pine Street Living Room on the mantle and in the Midcentury Main House bathroom (full reveal still to come! ). This mirror is a Prime Day Deal in the size large, Natural finish. Don’t pass it up!
This Sunburst mirror is more decorative than functional, but sometimes that is needed! Adding variety is a KEY element to a successful design. This would be a great addition to a room filled with framed art, adding some texture and depth to the space!
My ALL-TIME Favorite Faucet:
This Kohler Artifacts faucet is the one I wanted for our personal kitchen reno, but couldn’t pull the trigger on it because it was a bit expensive. I love the mix of the clean + traditional lines ( a perfect fit for my self described modern traditionalist style). It is currently a Prime Day Deal in the Polished Nickel and Stainless finish!

Two Cute Desk Lamps:
I am a sucker for a good lamp. They usually a simple and inexpensive way to change the mood of a space. This Rose Gold option is super cute or a home office or even bedside table.
This brass task lamp is the perfect blend of VINTAGE + MODERN. I actually like this so much I ordered it for my home office!
An Amazing Boob Light Alternate:
We are on a personal mission to eliminate boob-lights from this world. There is just NO REASON for them ok? Especially not when there are great options like this Flush Mount Options with Textured glass!
My GO-TO Ceiling Fan:
Truth: Most ceiling fans suck, similar to our anti-boob light mission, we are always looking for options that don’t suck. The Dempsey Fan from Hunter is one of those options. It has slim lines, a monochromatic color that lets it blend into the ceiling + a close mounting height to keep it out of sight.
A Great Upholstered Headboard:
A room is not finished until you have a proper headboard. If you can’t afford the custom 6 foot option we did for the Pineview Master— try going with this simple Gray Headboard in full or twin size!
